Once you have created a delivery note, you can download it as a PDF to print, share via email, or hand to your driver for physical delivery.

Open the delivery note
Go to Delivery Notes and click the delivery note you want to download. - 2
Click "Download PDF"
Click the "Download PDF" button. The PDF will download to your device with your business branding, client details, and list of items delivered. - 3
Share with your client
Print the PDF to include with a physical delivery, or attach it to an email or WhatsApp message to send to your client directly.
Print for physical deliveries
For deliveries where a driver drops off goods, print the PDF and have your client sign it as confirmation of receipt. Keep a signed copy for your records.
